Booking Terms and Conditions

At Blue Water Divers we pride ourselves in what has kept us in business since 1983, and that is small groups and personal service. Our booking terms and conditions help us maintain this level of service and we have detailed these below for your review.

When booking a trip please take a moment to consider the following. Most of our customers book weeks or months in advance.  We limit the number of trip spaces available for the benefit of our customers and also restrict the number of available trips so as not to rush our cruise ship guests. Once we make a reservation for you, that space on the boat is not available to other divers and/or snorkelers (not just staying on island), so we often have to turn away other business as a result of our obligation to you. In a business as small as Blue Water Divers that can be a very critical situation, as far as numbers of snorkelers/divers and the limits we put on the number of guests per trip. Our cancellation policy is intended to be fair to our guests and yet prevent significant loss of income to our small business.

Booking Terms and Conditions:

• All prices are listed in US $ and are per person.
• All dive packages are for two tank morning boat dives.
• Dive packages are per person and based on two or more reserved days of two tank morning dives.
• Tanks, weights, and weight belt are included.
• A PADI Instructor or Divemaster will be leading the dives underwater.
• Dive package days booked need not be consecutive.
• A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to hold a reservation.
• Dive packages require full payment 30 days prior to arrival.
• Customer cancellation 30 days or more prior to arrival – full refund less deposit.
• Customer cancellation 15-29 days prior to arrival forfeits 50% on total amount.
• Customer cancellation 14 days or less prior to arrival forfeits full amount.
• No refunds will be issued for unused or partially used dive days, trips, courses or packages including dives missed due to illness, ear problems, or customer cancellation of any booked dive.  No substitutions or transfers.
• Prices and conditions subject to change without notice.
• Blue Water Divers reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
