People come from all over the world to enjoy a Grand Turk scuba diving vacation. Grand Turk is a small, laid back island with a lovely climate – ideal for vacations when you want to “get away from it all” and relax. There are no big resorts on Grand Turk and there isn’t much development on the island (yet, anyway!). And the underwater world is amazing! Blue Water Divers is Grand Turk’s only PADI Green Star Award recipient and is proud to have been in business on Grand Turk since 1983.
Relaxed wall diving is the best of Grand Turk scuba diving. The famous Grand Turk “wall” runs the length of the west (leeward) side of the island and we have over 40 dive sites to choose from in the Columbus National Marine Park. The top of the wall starts at depths of 25-30 feet and drops off to over 7,000 feet. Short boat rides, little-to-no current, excellent visibility and a variety of marine life are just a few of the attractions of Grand Turk scuba diving. Our diving page shows some of the marine park dive sites along the wall, if you’d like to take a look at some of the places we regularly visit.
Scuba diving vacations are meant to be relaxing and enjoyable, so if it has been 2 or more years since your last dive, we highly suggest that you get a skills review before beginning your vacation dives. This can either be done with your local dive shop before coming to Grand Turk or you can arrange a skills review dive directly with us.
It is very important to remember that Scuba Diving is a physical activity and can be strenuous at times. In order to participate in scuba diving, a person must maintain a reasonable level of health and fitness and certain medical issues must be considered. Please review the PADI Medical form, so that you may, if necessary, discuss with your physician before diving.

Even for certified divers, sometimes it has been awhile since your last dive, or maybe this is your first time diving in the ocean and not in a lake or a fresh water quarry. Whatever the reason, you might find it valuable to spend some time with an instructor before starting your dive package to tune up your skills and get comfortable in the water again. When you add a Skills Review to your dive, for $100 plus the cost of the dive, one of our instructors reviews dive theory with you (it comes back pretty fast!) and then you have the opportunity to practice a few skills such as clearing your mask, regulator recovery, and alternate air source use. When the skills are done, we go out on a dive! This provides an excellent opportunity to refresh your skills, enabling you to have a more relaxed, enjoyable dive experience.
If you would like something a little more substantial than a basic skills review, consider doing the PADI Advanced Open Water Course during your time on Grand Turk
Prerequisites: You must be a certified diver.
Cost: $100 + dives (Skills Review)
Are you a certified diver who has been diving within the last two years? Let’s get you under the water and along the wall! This trip is for certified divers who have been diving within the last two years. A single day of two tank morning dives is $150 per person. However, if you reserve a two tank morning dive package, the daily rate is reduced depending upon how many days you would like to dive. The more you dive, the less you pay per day! Dive packages include two morning dives each day and are priced as follows:
All dive tours include tanks, weights, weight belt, dive guide services and bottled drinking water on the boat. For dive packages of more than five days, each additional day will be charged at the rate of $110 per person, per day. Your dive package days do not need to be consecutive.
A full set of gear rental (BC, regulator, mask, fins and snorkel) is $25 per person per day. We can rent individual pieces if needed. We offer a 10% discount on gear rental of 5 days or more. Our two tank dive trips depart daily at 9am and we restrict this trip to a max of 8 divers, although often our groups are smaller.
Prerequisites: You must be a certified diver.
Cost: Varies depending on how many days you book. All package prices are subject to a 12% Tourism Tax.
If two morning dives don’t quite satisfy your bottom time desires – add on a third dive after lunch! We have an afternoon trip minimum of four divers, so let us know if you are interested in this option so we can find out if anyone else wants to buddy up. Single tank afternoon dives are $90.
Prerequisites: You must be a certified diver.
Cost: $90, Plus 12 % Tourism Tax
There is something magical about diving the wall at night. Watch as the coral comes to life, the fish go to sleep, and the invertebrates come out to play! We have a trip minimum of four divers to confirm a night dive, but don’t worry about trying to schedule one ahead of time. These trips are weather dependent, so just let us know when you check in if you are interested in a night dive and we will look for other interested divers, as well as check the weather for the best night. Night dives are $95 and light rentals are available for $10.
Prerequisites: You must be a certified diver.
Cost: $95 Plus 12 % Tourism Tax
